CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
No, once you place an order it is final.
We ship USPS for all domestic.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$8.00 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $50)
$15.00 flat fee for all international countries we ship worldwide (free shipping over $80)
Orders can be tracked
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.
After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

EXCHANGES ONLY (NO RETURNS)
All sales are final.
To qualify for an exchange, you must email us at within 7 days of receiving the order.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14-30 days of receipt of package.
- please include the reason for the exchange as well as the original order number in your email.
- All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
- Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund.

Once the item/s to exchange are received and reviewed, we will promptly issue the replacement.
At our sole discretion) if we determine that the Product has:
been misused, abused or subjected to neglect;
been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at use; or
been dealt with or used contrary to its ordinary use;
we may decide not to replace the Product and we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that we limit our liability in respect of all claims, at our option, to:
the supply of the Product again; or
the payment of the cost of having the Product supplied again.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, an agency or a relationship of employer and employee between you and us.
You agree that our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Product is limited to the US$100.00.
